I am determined to lose a few pounds, get a flatter tummy and a nicer butt by the time summer vacation comes.
I’m really going to be watching what I eat; absolutely no junk food, make sure my diet consists mostly of fruits and veggies, and make sure that I only eat until I don’t feel hungry. Absolutely no over eating or eating when I’m bored.
And I’ll exercise EVERYDAY. Three intense workouts a week (running/jogging, weights, etc) and three less intense days of exercise (just walking, biking, etc) a week. Then I’ll have one day of rest.
Feeling down? Go work it off!
Feeling bored? Go exercise!
I can do this and be healthy about it. I’m so determined! I’ll make sure that my friends force me to stick with all this too.
Ugh want a nice summer beach bod so badly. :/ I’m so insecure about my body right now ..
